1) Electronic component identification.
2) Electronic components basic technical knowledge.
3) Receive components verify against the purchase order.
4) Testing and measurement devices. (Using inspection devices like Multimer, LCR, Transformer tester, AC DC Source knowledge compulsory)
5) Prepare and keep routine inspection documentation. Record inspection results and complete inspection reports.
6) Ensure that necessary records are received from suppliers.
7) Communicate with supplier regarding receiving material quality issue. (written, verbal)
8) Perform on site supplier visits for root cause analysis & verification of corrective actions of supplier issues.
9) Resolve non-conformance issues with supplied materials & follow up with suppliers for completion of corrective.
10) ISO system Knowledge.
11) Good communication skills.
12) Basic computer skills.
